Sr. Duckcreek Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior DuckCreek Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DuckCreek Technologies products and extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing DuckCreek solutions. You will play a critical role in customizing and enhancing our insurance software platform to meet business requirements, improve system performance, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy DuckCreek modules including Policy, Billing, and Claims based on business requirements.
• Lead the customization and configuration of DuckCreek software to optimize functionality and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and DuckCreek platform guidelines.
• Manage multiple development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
• Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure defect-free releases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DuckCreek product updates, certifications, and industry trends.
