We are looking for an experienced professional to lead financial due diligence (FDD) engagements for private equity and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in transaction services, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end FDD processes and deliver insights that drive strategic M&A decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute end-to-end Financial Due Diligence assignments
- Prepare comprehensive FDD reports tailored for private equity and corporate clients
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance, working capital trends, and key commercial metrics relevant to M&A transactions
- Conduct industry and market benchmarking to support deal insights
- Drive client engagements, maintain regular communication, and manage expectations
- Supervise and mentor internal team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx for efficient and insightful financial analysis
- Ensure timely project execution while maintaining strict quality control
- Provide input on deal breakers and red flags (financial and non-financial)
Required Experience
7–10 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction AdvisoryStrong exposure to private equity clients and Indian client-facing engagementsDemonstrated expertise in managing FDD projects from initiation to deliveryExcellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skillsProven leadership experience in nurturing and mentoring junior staffQualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional backgroundIndustry exposure in one or more of the following sectors is a plus :Energy, Utilities, Mining, and InfrastructureFinancial ServicesHealthcare and PharmaceuticalsIndustrial Manufacturing and ServicesRetail, Consumer, and LeisureReal EstateTechnology, Media, and TelecommunicationsIn-depth understanding of due diligence workflows, risk management, and reporting standardsStrong business acumen and commercial insightAdvanced proficiency in Excel and business writingFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and other visualization platformsPreferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in leading consulting or transaction advisory firms (e.g., Big 4 or similar) will be highly preferred.
