Lead IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cochin, Kerala . The ideal candidate will have 15–18 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 7–8 years of hands-on project management experience. You will be responsible for successfully leading complex IT projects across technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, .NET, Data & AI , and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.

This role requires strong experience in managing US-based customers , excellent stakeholder communication, and proven expertise in delivering technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end IT projects across various domains including Cloud (Azure) , CRM (Salesforce) , .NET applications , and Data & AI initiatives .
• Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients , ensuring strong customer relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, proactively identify issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company’s project management frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team leads.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including estimation, solutioning, and proposal development when needed.

Key Requirements :

familiarity with US time zones, culture, and business expectations.

ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
