Job descriptionLead and facilitate Agile / Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives) Remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of the development team Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams Maintain transparency by keeping Scrum artifacts (product backlog sprint backlog burndown charts) updated and visible Continuously assess and enhance the teams Agile maturity and processes Identify opportunities to integrate E2E handling methodologies into development practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather E2E requirements and devise suitable strategies Implement E2E handling to streamline the development lifecycle from ideation to delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product management development testing operations) for seamless E2E integration Monitor measure and optimize the effectiveness of E2E handling initiatives Certified SAFe Scrum Master Certified PSM or CSM
