About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and any BI tool (Power BI / Metabase / Tableau). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build dashboards, and support business decision-making for our fast-growing Fintech product company.

Key Responsibilities :

Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data

Perform data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred)

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Metabase / Tableau

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to generate insights

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and documentation

Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of SQL

Knowledge of Python for data analysis

Experience with one or more BI tools : Power BI / Metabase / Tableau

Basic understanding of data visualization principles

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and eagerness to learn

Education :

Bachelor's degree in CS / IT / Engineering / Statistics / Mathematics or related field (preferred)
