What it takes to be part of Finacle as a Lead?
- 7-10 years of hands-on development experience i n Java or Node.js, or C+ +
- Proven ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable applications in a fintech or enterprise environmen t
- Passion for digital bankin g and solving real-world challenges for global customers
- A proactive and adaptable mindse t to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape
- Strong communication and collaboration skill s to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work at Bangalore, Chennai, Pune or Hyderabad office location
