Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues Energy Management fying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action b. Minimising EB faults c. Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites d. DG running hrs. compliance e. 100% Compliances on DG Automation g. 100% adherance to Beat Plan fo EB ,Non EB & Solar Sites in coordination with Energy Team h. Record, Track & Validate diesel Filling by vendors in coordination with filed techs for Monthly reconcilliation for payment i. Track EB Bill collection & Payment by Field Techs to ensure no disruption of service Compliance of sites access process a. Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24

• 7 access and facilitate upgrade / planned event / installation and other operational work at site b. Resolution of hygiene related trouble tickets to ensure landlord satisfaction Technician performance evaluations a. Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development b. Site allocation, discipline management for technicians Landlord Management c. Team building and motivation ESH Compliance a. Adhering to SOPs b. Ensuring correctly rated equipments c. Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians d. Support in regular training on ESH and also ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site e. Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site Qualification Regular Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) - will be preferred Min 3+ years of Exp Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery back up system.
