Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Taxation Associate, located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include preparing and filing US tax returns for individuals, businesses, and partnerships in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires conducting tax research, preparing necessary supporting documents, ensuring timely filing, and addressing tax-related queries. Additionally, the role involves analyzing client financial information to identify optimization opportunities and assist with audits or reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and tax return preparation for businesses, and partnerships, 1065, 1120, 1120s
• Skills in financial analysis, tax compliance, and tax planning
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing and auditing financial and tax documents
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members and address tax-related inquiries
• Proficiency in tax preparation and reporting software tools
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to staying updated with changes in tax laws and requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Relevant experience in US taxation is preferred
