Key Responsibilities :
- Software identification and troubleshooting for all Office 365 (O365) products.
- Operating system (OS) installation, configuration, navigation, and troubleshooting (Windows / macOS).
- Application-level troubleshooting, including Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Assist users in resolving internet and networking connectivity issues.
- Configure, use, and troubleshoot antivirus and protection software.
- Provide technical resolutions through effective problem analysis and user guidance.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality metrics.
- Document all interactions and maintain service logs for future reference and process improvement.
Candidate Profile :
B.Tech Graduates (Freshers welcome).Candidates with non-BPO technical backgrounds can also apply.Undergraduates / Graduates with minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience are also eligible.Strong understanding of Windows OS, O365 products, and basic networking concepts.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic support environment.Flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts if requiredref : hirist.tech)
