Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about programs, addressing inquiries, and building relationships with potential applicants. The role will involve counseling students and their families, assisting with enrollment procedures, organizing information sessions, and collaborating with faculty to align admissions strategies with the institution's goals. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also contribute to marketing and outreach activities to foster interest in the college’s programs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and families.
• Experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build relationships and guide applicants through the admissions process.
• Familiarity with the education sector and a passion for helping students succeed in achieving their career goals.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM software for managing admissions activities is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; prior experience in admissions or educational counseling is an added advantage.
