Responsibilities :

• Installation of application software in test environments (on-premises and in Cloud)
• Process and Monitor Clearstream Business Day in Test Environments
• Support development and business in issues investigation
• Log and follow-up functional and technical issues, liaise with Development and Infrastructure departments
• Support production teams in implementing changes in Production
• Provide clear, regular and consistent reporting to other members of the team
• Identify process improvements, tasks automation, testing tools development
