Key Responsibilities :

Own category growth strategy by aligning marketing plans with business objectives and consumer insights.

Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns —across digital, retail, ATL / BTL channels—to drive brand awareness, demand, and conversions.

Lead product positioning & messaging tailored to the target segment, ensuring distinct category value proposition.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, brand, and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing efforts.

Track category performance metrics —market share, consumer trends, competition, and campaign ROI—to inform decisions.

Manage external agencies & partners for campaign creatives, media buying, and activations.

Drive NPD (New Product Development) support , including go-to-market strategy and consumer launch planning.

Budget ownership for category marketing spends and ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns.

Skillset :

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment Basic. understanding of financial terms and concepts is a good to have
