Mandatory Skills / Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager.
• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory , including exposure to digital health solutions, EMR / EHR, hospital management systems, or clinical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX / UI, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10) is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare requirements into actionable features and user stories.
