Job Description

Chartered Accountant (1–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of industry experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the finalization of accounts , supporting and coordinating internal and statutory audits , and overseeing Company Law–related compliances applicable to a private limited company.

Key Responsibilities :

Finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Preparation and review of ledger schedules, reconciliations, and supporting workings.

Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other external consultants.

Ensuring timely completion of all audit requirements and addressing audit queries.

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable provisions under the Companies Act for a private company.

Assisting in the preparation of Board and shareholder-related documents, filings, and statutory registers where applicable.

Supporting the finance team with other accounting and compliance tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, audit processes, and corporate compliance.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
