About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder and leadership team. This is a high-impact role that acts as an operational and strategic extension of the Founder’s Office. You will drive critical initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and help align our teams with the company’s priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution : Work closely with the leadership team to define OKRs, set priorities, and ensure execution across business functions.
• Project Management : Own special strategic projects from start to finish, including venture builds, operational transformation, GTM strategy, etc.
• Decision Support : Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Operational Excellence : Streamline workflows, improve processes, and ensure that leadership time is optimized for maximum impact.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between the Founder / CEO and internal teams or external partners; manage investor and board communications as needed.
• Meeting & Communication Cadence : Run leadership reviews, team offsites, all-hands meetings, and track follow-ups and deliverables.
