Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Development :

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Develop plugins, workflows, and custom components.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

ADF (Azure Data Factory) :

Design and implement data pipelines for CRM integrations.

Build ETL processes for large-scale data migration and transformation.

Optimize ADF pipelines for performance and reliability.

Integration :

Integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Data Management :

Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.

Support reporting and analytics requirements.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
