What You Will Do :

• Build and lead a team of subject matter experts who will modernize standardize and accelerate solution architecture efforts.
• Architect and scale a world-class delivery model for cloud-native and enterprise-grade solutions with a strong emphasis on AWS and other leading platforms.
• Spearhead the creation of reusable solution assets demo environments delivery playbooks and golden paths that empower sales and delivery teams to operate with precision and speed.
• Actively support strategic proposal efforts client marketing initiatives and brand promotion activitiesensuring our architectural vision is front and center in how we present ourselves to the market.
• Identify recruit and inspire a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
