About the Team The CEO's Office works closely with the CEOs to manage and execute key strategic objectives. The team collaborates with various departments across the organization to drive the successful implementation of initiatives important to the leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and goals.
About the Role
As a member in the CEOs Office, you will be charged with coordinating and executing strategic initiatives, and driving cross-functional objectives for the CEO. This role comes with the responsibility of making the CEOs Office and in-turn the CEO, effective and sharp in their communication with the relevant stakeholders, and in achieving the company’s goals.
You will be an integral part of discussions ensuring that clear objectives emerge from the meetings, and are actioned on, by the relevant stakeholders. Apart from this, you will also be managing key charters which involve being the bridge between the CEO and the functions themselves, ensuring that the CEO’s goals for the function are met within the stipulated time frame. You will also be given the opportunity to work on strategic projects based on business requirements, that may range from setting up a new process, researching new business opportunities or revamping existing business processes.
What We Expect From You
Drive cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure alignment
Breakdown complex problem statements and create sustainable solutions while working with various stakeholders
Streamline org-wide activities based on CEO priorities, identify focus areas which require their time and attention
Manage the communication and meeting cadence between key business functions and the CEO
Create and maintain project plans, conduct review meetings, and communicate status and risks of action items to the CEO
Champion and drive efforts across the CEOs Office to improve the team’s effectiveness
Drive the teams towards deadlines, acting as a thought partner as required across charters
Must Haves
Graduate from a top-tier institution
2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
Business first thinking
Entrepreneurial mind-set along with an ability to hustle and solve problems on-ground
Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach problems
Ability to think outside the box and be comfortable dealing with unstructured problem statements.
