Team Overview :

• The Global Treasury team manages liquidity, funding, and banking relationships across regions and business lines.
• The team partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial control, operational efficiency, and compliance while driving automation, integration, and continuous improvement across the firms global treasury infrastructure.

Position Summary :

The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities performed by the team, hiring, training, and establishing priorities.

This role provides frequent exposure to various business leaders and the opportunity to drive impactful changes.

The Manager - Treasury (Operations) will lead treasury vertical(s) supporting global teams, oversee end-to-end operational processes, and play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation initiatives.

This individual will manage a high-performing team, lead key automation and system integration projects, and serve as a critical liaison across global Treasury, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external banking partners.

The ideal candidate combines technical treasury expertise, project execution capability, and strong leadership and communication skills to influence outcomes across regions and functions.
