Quality Lead - Renewable Energy Sector

The Lead of Service & Material Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality systems that ensure all materials procured and services delivered across renewable energy projects meet organizational and international standards. The role covers vendor qualification, material inspection & testing, contractor performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of service delivery in EPC and O&M

Key Delivery :

Material Quality (Solar, Wind & Hybrid)

• Establish material quality standards for modules, turbines, inverters, structures, transformers, cables, and other BoS components.
• Lead vendor qualification and factory audits to ensure suppliers meet approved quality benchmarks.
• Oversee incoming material inspection, testing, and acceptance at manufacturing plants, warehouses, and project sites.
• Implement quality checks at every stage : manufacturing, packing, transport, storage, and installation.
• Ensure material traceability and proper documentation (mill test certificates, quality reports, factory inspection reports).
• Drive resolution of material-related NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions by vendors.
