We are seeking a highly accomplished white-collar crime lawyer with extensive experience representing clients before regulatory and enforcement authorities, including ED, CBI, SEBI, SFIO, and under PMLA. The role demands a strategic, fearless professional capable of navigating high-stakes, multi-agency proceedings and protecting the interests of corporates, promoters, and high-net-worth individuals under intense scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead representation of clients before enforcement and investigative agencies in complex white-collar crime matters.
• Develop and execute strategic defense in high-profile regulatory proceedings.
• Draft legal submissions, representations, and petitions for authorities, tribunals, and courts.
• Advise boards, promoters, and senior executives on regulatory exposure, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with cross-border counsel, forensic experts, and advisors for multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion in sensitive and high-visibility cases.
