Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering role.
• Strong experience in AI and Agentic AI system development.
• Expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Frontend development proficiency using ReactJS and Next JS.
• Solid working experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Proficiency with Azure services, especially storage and container hosting.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, including CI / CD, cloud deployment, and automation.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with vector databases, LLM operationalization, and enterprise-scale AI solution architecture.
• Exposure to distributed systems.
• Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
