Assistant Manager, Life Actuarial & Analytics Enablement

Role and Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and have a strong background in Life valuation, modelling and reporting for delivering actuarial projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise across various projects in Life insurance actuarial arena. This is a client facing role to support our global client with life actuarial valuation, model development, review of assumptions and reporting requirements including cashflow modelling and hands on work on GGY AXIS.

Experience & Qualifications

• Graduates or post-graduates in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Finance
• Minimum 4 actuarial exams passed as per new curriculum
• 2 to 6 years Life insurance industry experience. Experience in Valuation, Modelling and Statutory reporting.
• In-depth hands-on experience on GGY AXIS tools, good modelling skills, assumption setting, working with accelerated underwriting.
• Capable to conduct research, keeping up with industry trends, sources, and methods
• Willing to explore new, and upcoming products and trends
• Should have capability to build, run models and debug any errors
• Able to work independently, by taking ownership of the projects assigned
