Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Tendering Manager. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. The role also involves coordination with various departments for project execution, supplier management, and contributing to sales activities to secure new projects. The Tendering Manager will play a crucial role in project management and compliance with client and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and evaluate relevant government tenders (GEDA, SECI, MNRE, DISCOM, PSU, etc.)
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Finance, Legal) for cost estimation and documentation
• Prepare, compile, and submit bids on e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPP, NIC, etc.)
• Handle pre-bid meetings, client queries, and ensure timely submission
• Maintain relationships with government departments and nodal agencies for upcoming opportunities
• Keep management updated through regular tender MIS and status reports
