Job Title : HR Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Handle payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to support organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.Ability to handle confidential information with integritySkills Required
