Your Responsibilities :

• Enrich the Hire-to-Retire Product Team by bringing in your interest in HCM topics and technical understanding
• Analyze and translate client needs into system functionalities and workflows
• Support global project work, such as the implementation of Oracle HCM, as part of the Hire-to-Retire Product Team and prepare for continuous operation
• Take responsibility for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software, e.G., Oracle HCM, as the technical counterpart for HR
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international colleagues to strengthen Business IT
