Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development . The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer and progressed into project management , with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern technologies, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX / UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance leveraging your full stack experience.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation.
