Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meeting schedules, appointments.
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities and provide timely reminders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD.
- Keep track and arrange for travel plans (if instructed).
- Visitor Management & coordinate meeting logistics for all critical meetings.
2. Communication & Documentation
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official communication.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and MIS updates.Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidential handling of sensitiveinformation.
3. Meeting & Review Management
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for all critical meetings.Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action points till closure.Support in organizing Board Meetings, leadership reviews, and business discussions.4. Administrative & Operational Support
Provide end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the CMD’soffice.
Handle office-related tasks, coordination with all teams.5. Confidential & Strategic Assignments
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Assist the CMD in strategic projects, research, and data analysis as needed.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred).Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary / Assistant or supportingCXO / MD / Director level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.High level of discretion, integrity, and professional etiquette.Must be well-presented with a pleasant personality.Key Skills
