Presales Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Engineer specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, delivering compelling product presentations, conducting live product demos, and benchmarking BOM processes to showcase our PLM solutions' value and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our PLM solutions can address them.
• Deliver engaging and effective product presentations and live demonstrations of ENOVIA, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE tools.
• Conduct benchmarking activities and analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) management to highlight competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Respond to technical RFPs and assist in technical qualification of leads.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest PLM product features, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product management team for continuous improvement.
