About the Founder & CEO - Neelakantha Bhanu
Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world's fastest human calculator and India’s mental math Olympic Gold Medalist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr.Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same direction. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a headstart Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.
He has addressed audiences across 23 countries at the CommonWealth Conclaves, Future city Summits, ISB, IITs, and Multiple other global institutions and meets about the importance of Arithmetic learning in the overall development of a child.

Key Responsibilities :
○ Plan and execute daily content across YouTube, Instagram (posts, stories, reels), LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
○ Ideate and script short-form & long-form video content (in sync with brand tone).
○ Collaborate with design and video teams to deliver engaging assets.
○ Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, and create a two-way conversation with our audience.
○ Identify opportunities to engage with other creators, brands, or trends to boost reach.
○ Monitor analytics (reach, shares, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and suggest iterative improvements.
○ Experiment with new content formats based on platform trends and audience insights.
○ Drive personal branding for Bhanu (our founder) through content that shows his genius and relatability.
○ Create a visual + verbal identity for Bhanzu’s social pages that is consistent and impactful.
