International Finance & Compliance Manager

Position Summary :

We are hiring a CA with 12+ years of international accounting experience to lead multi-country financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting operations. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS, Ind AS, Local GAAP , advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion / SAP , and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting, audits, reconciliations, and governance across global entities. The leader will manage a high-performing team, partner with business stakeholders across markets, and drive financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. International Accounting & Reporting

• Lead financial reporting and month-end close for multiple global entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP / Local GAAP.
• Oversee multi-country consolidation, intercompany eliminations & FX translations.
