What You’ll Do :

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Property Valuation and Appraisal

• Site Visits and Inspection : Conducting on-site physical inspections of residential, or LAP properties / assets to assess their physical condition, quality of construction, and conformity with approved plans.
• Valuation : Performing technical evaluation and estimation of properties to arrive at a fair market value. This value is crucial in determining the maximum loan amount that can be sanctioned.
• Documentation Verification : Verifying technical documents like Building Approvals, sanctioned plans, estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring they comply with local building rules and regulations.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 10-15 yrs Exp (from NBFC / HFC only)

✅ Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills

✅ Qualification : B.E (Civil Engineering) or equivalent Course
