Job descriptionPerform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, and service request fulfilment. Build end-to-end request fulfilment workflows based on customer requirements. Automate routine tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow capabilities. Develop integrations using Orchestration, Web Services, REST / SOAP, and other third-party systems. Gather and analyse business specifications to develop robust technical design documents . Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and external systems. Collaborate with business teams to create dashboards, homepages, reports, and Performance Analytics components . Analyse user stories and existing processes to identify improvements and optimize workflows. Conduct system and integration testing using sample and live data.

- ServiceNow : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, HAM, SAM, ITAM, Service Portal / UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integrations, Performance Analytics.
- Scripting & Web Tech : JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, web design best practices.
- Integrations & Auth : LDAP / Active Directory, SSO / SiteMinder, Azure AD, SOAP / REST.
- Tools & Methods : Agile / Disciplined Agile Delivery, SDLC, Jira / TFS, automation.
- Emerging Tech : AI, GenAI, ML, IoT, Blockchain.
