Job Summary

The Product Executive – DMC will be responsible for handling destination-related queries, creating competitive travel packages, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and providing expert support to travel partners.

This role requires a deep understanding of destination knowledge, cost management, and itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all B2B queries and provide accurate quotations as per client requirements.
• Prepare customized itineraries, costings, and travel proposals for destinations like Bali, Vietnam , and other expanding markets.
• Maintain updated product knowledge including hotels, sightseeing options, transfers, and local experiences.
• Negotiate and coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators for best rates and services.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups efficiently.
• Ensure high accuracy in costing sheets, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Support sales and marketing teams with destination insights and content inputs.
• Analyze competitor pricing and suggest new product ideas or packages.
• Maintain client satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.
