Being a part of a group of leading UK technology organisations, we are dedicated to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce.Our VisionOur vision is to become the most trusted technology solutions partner; renowned for being the best and brightest, having lasting impact with our customers and delivering exceptional returns to our stakeholders.Position SummaryInvolves all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.You will : Provide support and guidance to business usersContribute towards solution designCreate functional and customisation design documentsAssist with configuration and data migrationTroubleshoot issues and recommend solutionsEssential Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet GroupSupport business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilitiesUnderstand the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionalityIdentify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilitiesIdentify creative workarounds to meet requirements without customisationsAnalyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvementKeep up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes availableKey CompetenciesDeep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA)Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenariosExperience of customised solutions to complex business problemsAbility to communicate clearly with global colleagues (mainly Europe)Demonstrable consultancy experienceStrong working knowledge of business processes and ER frameworkA logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritiseExcellent attention to detailSkills RequiredRelevant Microsoft certificationRequires 5+ yrs of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ConsultantPMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and supportFluent in English is a mustExcellent documentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsQualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirable
