Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) to join our finance team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership and FP&A within a startup environment.

This role will oversee end-to-end financial operations, drive reporting accuracy, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through strong financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Controllership & Compliance

• Oversee all accounting controls and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally.
• Manage statutory compliances related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations.
• Lead monthly and annual closing processes, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and investor audits; manage due diligence processes and related documentation.
• Review and negotiate financial terms in vendor and service agreements.
• Handle banking relationships, fund transfers, and working capital management.
• Maintain appropriate internal controls and ensure process adherence across the organization.
