About the Role :

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team and provide technical expertise during the sales process. This role is critical for designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring that our offerings align with their business goals and technical requirements.

The Solutions Engineer will play a vital role in identifying and addressing technical challenges, collaborating closely with the sales team, and demonstrating the value of our products to potential customers. By focusing on the specific needs and dynamics of each client, they will help us deliver exceptional solutions that drive customer satisfaction and success.

What You’ll Do At Cyble :

• Technical Expertise : Generate detailed Technical Assessment Reports for clients and prospects, showcasing a deep understanding of cybersecurity intricacies.
• Client Engagement : Conduct compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Technical Demos, effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyble's solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive requirements regarding desired features and research capabilities. Work closely with the Research & Development Team to translate these requirements into actionable plans.
• Global Support : Provide invaluable support to our sales team across the globe by delivering thorough research and dark web intelligence tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
