Responsibilities

• Guide team efforts towards successful task delivery ontime
• Maintain high standards of quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Responsible for creating & managing automation test scripts
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and software architects to plan design & manage manual & autoamtion scipts
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Monitoring debugging & reporting application
