Job Summary :
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of IT solutions to large enterprises.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
The person must have strong relationship with large enterprise customers at CXO, IT Head, and Procurement & Finance level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Large account acquisition and Management.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Understand customers IT roadmap and budget allocation for the year.
- Establish a professional, working, consultative relationship with the clients including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications :
Must have rich experience in large customer acquisition and management.Must have experience in stitching multiple solutions and working on complex deals.Good understanding of Revenue, GM, Cost factors, cashflow etc.Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT sector.Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, managed services, cloud services, and cybersecurity.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of IT Services & Solutions Selling experience.ref : iimjobs.com)
