About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead who will own end-to-end hiring for our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the technology landscape, proven success in scaling technical teams, and strong stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all our technical and non-technical hiring in Pune.
- Partner closely with engineering and business leaders to define hiring needs, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, internal databases, etc.).
- Build and manage a strong technical pipeline through proactive market mapping and networking.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions by tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness).
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters / sourcers to ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to ensure competitive offers and seamless candidate experience .
- Stay up to date with industry trends in storage, networking, and cloud to better target passive candidates.
- Represent the organization at industry events, tech meetups, and virtual conferences to enhance employer branding.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in technical recruitment , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior individual contributor role .Proven track record of hiring for electronics companies across CAD, operations, and BI roles.Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
