This role focuses on designing and implementing FSC solutions tailored for financial institutions, while leveraging Omnistudio and Omniscript to build guided workflows and digital experiences. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions..

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement FSC features such as householding, financial accounts, client data models, and industry‑specific processes.
• Design and configure guided workflows using Omnistudio and Omniscript to enhance customer journeys.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within FSC.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate FSC with other Salesforce modules.
• Optimize workflows for usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for FSC and Omnistudio solutions.
