Boni - Full Stack Developer - Node.js / React.js

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development, especially in Node.js, and a solid understanding of React.js and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling applications from scratch to production, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take full ownership of their projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Node.js.
• Create and implement robust, scalable systems using MongoDB for database management.
• Develop and integrate front-end components with React.js (experience with Vue.js or Ruby on Rails is a bonus).
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features quickly.
• Manage the complete development process from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure applications are highly performant and optimized for maximum efficiency.
• Optional but a plus : Set up, manage, and scale infrastructure using Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
