Position Title : Trend Micro Deep Security Engineer

Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in Trend Micro Deep Security)

• Install, Configure & Maintain the software and hardware of EPP / EDR / HIPS / Anti-APT
• Response to ticket in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Record, track & document the request problem solving process including actions taken through
• Understanding of TrendMicro / Trellix. - Analyze & fix the risk and scan logs. - Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
• Interact with OEM for any incident.
