Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their property needs
- Conduct property showings, site visits, and sales presentations
- Negotiate and close sales transactions with professionalism and integrity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitive properties
Requirements & Qualifications :
Proven experience in Real Estate sales, Minimum 1+ yearsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be based in or willing to relocate to HyderabadAvailability for immediate joining is highly preferredA minimum Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (any discipline)Qualifications
