Role & responsibilities :
- Promote and sell residential real estate properties developed by Ankura Homes.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project options and guidance.
- Handle client inquiries and conduct project site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Stay up-to-date with project details, industry trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Provide post-sales support, including documentation and coordination.
- Represent Ankura Homes at local real estate events, expos, and community meetups.

Bachelor's degree or PG in any discipline.1 to 5 years of experience in sales (real estate background preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and / or Hindi.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.What We Offer :
