Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Executive, based in Mumbai. The Travel Executive will be responsible for organizing and managing various travel arrangements for clients, providing effective travel consulting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include booking transportation and accommodations, offering travel advice, processing reservations, and handling any travel-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, Travel Consulting, and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a bonus
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and tools is preferred
