Job Title : Placement Officer – Digital Marketing Students

Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore

Work Mode : Onsite

Working Days : 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required : 3–4 Years

Salary Range : ₹10–15 LPA

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Placement Officer to drive successful student placements in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and a proven record of placing students in reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with companies, agencies, and startups for placement opportunities in digital marketing.

Design and execute placement strategies to achieve placement targets.

Coordinate with the training and academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.

Conduct pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews, and resume workshops.

Track placement progress, maintain placement data, and prepare regular reports.

Facilitate campus recruitment drives, employer interactions, and networking events.

Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and digital marketing job market insights.

Manage employer relationships for repeat and referral hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience : 3–4 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition — preferably in an EdTech or Digital Marketing training institute.

Network : Strong corporate network within digital marketing, advertising, and media sectors.

Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge : Good understanding of digital marketing job roles (SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, etc.).

Attitude : Proactive, target-driven, and student-centric approach.
