Polaris School of Technology (PST) is a new-age tech school in Bengaluru, building the next generation of techies. We offer a 4- year Bachelors CS degree program. Founded by Mukul Rustagi & Bhaswat Agarwal (the same duo behind Classplus - a $600Mn company backed by Tiger Global, Surge, GSV, Blume and more).
We’re a community of contrarians and outliers - students (avg. age 18) who chose a non-traditional path, and a young, driven team (avg. age 26) that thrives on ownership, hustle, and vision. Our home ground hosts 500+ Gen-Z tech nerds who learn by breaking, making and shipping. Think Ranchos everywhere and a campus Phunsuk Wangdu would’ve built. Viruses? Error 404.

About the Role At Polaris,
we’re building a category-defining tech school, and we're looking for a Brand Associate who loves fast growth, clean execution, and owning metrics that actually move the needle. If you’re someone who gets excited by funnels, campaigns, creator-led growth, and GTMs — this is your playground.
What you will do?
Growth & Lead Generation - R un experiments, drive high-intent lead generation, manage SEO / ORM, and continuously optimize funnels for better conversions.
Campaigns & Execution - Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns end-to-end : influencer marketing, offline activations, ATL / BTL initiatives, and GTMs. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver fast, clean outcomes.
Creative & Content Collaboration - Work closely with design and video teams to develop thumbnails, reels, landing pages, and marketing collaterals that align with campaign goals. Basic Design / copy / vibe-coding skills are a plus.
Acquisition, Retention & Nurturing - Build and manage nurturing journeys across WhatsApp, email, and community touchpoints -ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across the entire student-parent funnel.
Full-Stack Marketing - Touch every part of the marketing ecosystem- events, community, digital, offline, influencers, analytics - using marketing tools, automations, and landing page builders to keep everything running smoothly.
