Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations
- Plan & coordinate kids’ activity sessions (Reading, Craft, Storytelling, etc.)
- Vendor coordination & inventory management
- Ensure a great customer experience
- Billing, POS & weekly sales reporting
- Team training, scheduling & supervision
- Maintain a safe, lively, child-friendly space
Qualifications
Reports To : Founder
Team Size : 2–3 Sales Associates
Salary : ₹25,000 per month
(Performance & salary review after 6 months)
