Role Description

We have multiple vacancies for , on-site role for a Travel / Visa Consultant, based in Surat.

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, handling reservations, and offering professional travel consulting advice. The day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, ensuring customer needs are met, and assisting with any travel-related inquiries or issues.

Thr Visa consultant will be looking after compiling all doxuments and filling in applixayion forms for filing of new tourist and business visas for all countries including USA, UK, Europe, Australia, China and others

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and other regional languages is an advantage
